Our story
A family kitchen that grew into a catering business
4 Faith Catering started the way most good food does — cooking for people we love. What began as plates for family gatherings turned into full events, and two years later owner Jose Velazquez and his team cater weddings, birthdays, dinners and work events throughout Northern California.
Our cooking sits where Jose grew up eating: Mexican staples like street tacos beside American comfort classics, slow-smoked BBQ and creamy pastas. It's food people go back for seconds of, plated in a way that still looks right at a wedding reception.
We serve Glenn, Butte and Tehama Counties, with delivery, drop-off and full-service staffing available for every event we take on.
